Esrumhusene
Esrumhusene is ten newly built holiday homes, gathered in a small, curated enclave in Tikøb. The enclave appeals to the buyer who wants the calm of holiday life without giving up everyday comfort — bright rooms with full-height glass, HTH kitchens, Siemens appliances, underfloor heating and white-oiled floors that take both sandy feet and a long winter in their stride. The ten plots are laid out across a naturally undulating site, where many of the area's old trees have been preserved to give the project soul from day one. Beech hedges grow up between the plots, and a soft gravel road winds through the enclave. A family business — with our heart in what we build
Behind Esrumhusene is HMS Invest Vejle ApS, part of the Aagaard family with Zen Capital A/S at the helm.
The project is led by Nicolas Aagaard and draws on the family's experience in property development since 2005. The approach is simple: We want to create homes with good materials, considered details and spaces people actually want to use.
Esrumhusene consists of 10 light-filled holiday homes in a quiet corner of North Zealand — close to nature, with modern comfort and the option of a private sauna and terrace.
We stay close to the process from viewing to handover and work to ensure the homes feel right now and age well over time.
