Data controller
HMS Invest Vejle ApS, Esrumvej 436, DK-3080 Tikøb, phone +45 60 47 44 56, is the data controller for the personal data we receive about you via esrumhusene.dk and in connection with the sale of Esrumhusene. Day-to-day sales work — including the salgsopstilling (statutory sales prospectus), viewings and purchase agreements — is handled by our external estate agent Nybolig Hornbæk (Peter Leander), A. R. Friis Vej 11, DK-3100 Hornbæk (CVR 45233065), who is an independent data controller for the information you exchange directly with the agency.
What we process
We process your name, email, phone number, any message you send via the contact form, and technical information about your visit (IP address, browser, referrer, UTM parameters). If you book a viewing we also process your preferred date/time and any notes.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your inquiry, plan viewings, send sales material and enter into any purchase agreement. Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once a transaction is under way, our legitimate interest in administering the sale (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and analytics
Statistical and marketing cookies are only set if you choose this in the cookie banner. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer. Technical cookies necessary for the site to function are set without consent under section 3(3) of the Danish cookie law.
Recipients
Your data is shared with Nybolig Hornbæk (estate agent), our IT vendors (hosting, email delivery) as data processors and — in the event of a transaction — buyer's and seller's lawyers, mortgage banks and authorities as required. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as the dialogue is active and deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless we are required to retain it longer (e.g. 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act for completed transactions).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact us via the contact form at esrumhusene.dk/kontakt.
