We strive to present Esrumhusene as accurately and transparently as possible. On this page you will find information about the homes, prices, images, floor plans, materials, the area and possible options. The information is compiled based on the material we have available, but must always be confirmed in the final purchase agreement and accompanying documents.
Prices
The prices shown are cash prices including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change until a written purchase agreement has been entered into between buyer and seller. When a purchase agreement is signed by both parties, the terms of the specific agreement apply.
Property information
Information about living area, cadastral details, property conditions, owner expenses, taxes, insurance and other financial matters is based on available information and relevant registers. Before a transaction is completed, the buyer will be given access to the relevant document package and the opportunity to review the material with their own advisors.
Images and floor plans
Photos, floor plans and visualisations are used to give an accurate impression of the homes and the project. However, there may be minor differences between images, floor plans and the individual home, for example in materials, colours, interior design, outdoor areas and details. The specific home should therefore always be inspected, and final conditions confirmed in the purchase agreement.
Materials and options
Information about materials, appliances, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, terrace, sauna and other options is indicative until specifically agreed. Sauna and terrace may be part of the sales dialogue, but final solution, placement, price and any approvals are agreed individually.
Authorities and approvals
Matters such as building permits, zoning status, cadastral details, BFE numbers and municipal conditions follow the registrations and decisions of the relevant authorities. The buyer is encouraged to review these matters as part of the normal purchase process and possibly with the help of their own advisor.
Purchase process
An enquiry, viewing, reservation or dialogue via the website is not a binding transaction. A transaction is only binding once a written purchase agreement has been entered into between buyer and seller, and the agreed conditions have been met.
Errors and updates
We update the page continuously and correct errors if we become aware of them. We reserve the right to typographical errors, technical errors, changes in information from public registers as well as changes in prices, terms and availability.
